1) Q) I have a car I'd like to part exchange, do you do that?

A) Yes, absolutely. Once you've contacted the team at our branch, they'll give you an idea of what it's worth...that way there'll be no surprises later on! You just need to make sure that when we arrive we're able to have a quick check/drive of the car to complete the part exchange appraisal.

2) Q) I'd like to take the car on finance/monthly payments?

A) No problem at all. We use a number of different finance companies, so no matter what your credit score is we'll be able to get you finance. All of this can be arranged on our visit to you. Our rates start from as low as 2.9% flat. Our products are Hire Purchase, Personal; Contract Purchase, and Personal Loan.

3) Q) What if my current car is on finance?

A) We can easily handle this by obtaining a settlement figure from your existing finance company, just let the team know when you first call us on 0191 385 4162.

4) Q) How would I tax and insure my new car?

A) When you first contact us, we can give you the registration number of the new car so you can check the insurance cost etc. You can also take advantage of the 5 days free insurance we offer. Tax is now done online and you have the options of paying via monthly direct debit, 6 months or 12 months direct to the DVLA.

5) Q) What happens if the car you bring to me isn't suitable?

A) Don't worry, these things happen. We understand that sometimes a car doesn't drive like the way you thought it would, or the boot isn't as big as it looks on the photos! If the car isn't suitable for you then of course, there's no obligation to take it...hopefully we'll have something else for you! At All Cars Direct our core values include treating customers like human beings. All our sales consultants are experienced in the trade, friendly and above all professional so you can be rest assured there won't be any high pressure sales tactics going on! When you find the car you're looking for from our online database, we would ask you to be as sure as you can be that it's the right one for you. By that we mean; does it meet your requirements? Does it have the right specification? Is it the right colour? Have you checked the insurance cost of it? etc. If you need any more information on the car before we come out to you then please just ask, we're more than happy to go through everything over the phone prior to us setting off to see you.
